The Pike County Agency for Developmental Disabilities (PCADD) has been nationally accredited since 1999 by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. PCADD has received the highest level of accreditation, three years, every time it has been surveyed.

  • Employment Planning Services

CARF is an independent, not-for-profit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of the persons served.  The accrediting body establishes consumer-focused standards to help organizations measure and improve the quality of their programs and services.
