2014 Champ Clark Heritage Festival Grand Marshall Andy A.The Pike County Agency for Developmental Disabilities (PCADD) has been nationally accredited since 1999 by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. PCADD has received the highest level of accreditation, three years, every time it has been surveyed.
