PCADD provides residential supports for adults with developmental disabilities within the New Era group home. Residential services provide individuals with experiences that maximize learning opportunities and facilitate community integration.
Each person served has an annual support plan that determines the services that are to be provided. The plan is developed with input from the person served, family members, advocates, and staff members supporting the individual. Services may include assistance with or training in activities of daily living such as bathing, medication administration, transferring and mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and eating as well as community integration, budgeting, shopping, and continuing education.
