Community Inclusion

Community Inclusion activities focus on enabling adults with developmental disabilities to develop more independent lifestyles and become participating members of their community.

Services are tailored to meet each individual’s needs, choices, and personal schedules.

Participants identify goals and outcomes of Community Inclusion services through the annual support planning process. The support plan is developed with input from the person served, family members, advocates, and staff members supporting that person.
