PCADD’s Community Employment services program helps individuals with developmental disabilities find and maintain employment in the community. The program focuses on the individual’s vocational abilities and interests, and provides the supports needed for persons served to be successful in a community employment setting.
Services are tailored to the vocational needs and preferences of the individual and their employer. The emphasis is on finding out what the individual wants to do and what talents they have to help ensure a successful employment experience.
