The Pike County Autism Empowerment Group (AEG) was formed to provide parents as well as persons who are on the autism spectrum, a source of emotional and informational support. The AEG meets monthly at the PCADD office, and light refreshments are served at each meeting. Meetings are open to parents who have a son or daughter on the spectrum.

The meetings also are a chance for teens and young adults who are on the autism spectrum to get together- separately from the parents-, and do “fun things” that are of interest to them.
