The Pike County Agency for Developmental Disabilities (PCADD) receives funding from a variety of sources. Below is a description of the main sources of on-going funding for PCADD.
County Tax Funds: Residents of Pike County are assessed a tax levy based upon the valuation of their property. These funds are collected by the Pike County Collector and paid to PCADD to provide services for citizens with developmental disabilities.
Missouri Division of Developmental Disabilities: PCADD provides a variety of community-based services for persons with developmental disabilities on a contractual basis with the MO Dept. of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities. These services are funded through the Missouri Home and Community Based Waiver program.

Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT): PCADD has obtained financial assistance for the purchase of new vehicles through MoDOT’s 5310 Program. PCADD also receives operational funds through MoDOT’s Missouri Elderly and Handicapped Transportation Assistance Program (MEHTAP).
